We are currently growing our North America team and are seeking a HR Service Delivery Managerto join our talented People Projects team!
The HR Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for defining HR issues, on-going process improvement project scope and managing resources and governance related HR Service Delivery area as well as providing operational and technical leadership and support to the HR Service Delivery governance which is accountable for ensuring all employees, leaders and Human Resources team inquiries are accurately addressed in a professional, timely manner.
To success of the role, the individual executes the overall strategy, planning, management, and completion of project related HR Service Delivery areas. This role will be partnered with project team members, other HR and/or business stakeholders to develop project scope and use professional project management skills to manage project roles, identify resource requirements, define project deliverables, execute, and finally lead to sustain the processes and governance.
This role may be located at the following locations: Bismarck, ND | Gwinner, ND | West Fargo, ND | Statesville, NC
Role & Responsibility
Project Management
  • Responsible for managing the complete life cycle of highly complex internal projects, including approval, planning, execution, and closeout to ensure planned results are achieved on time and budget
  • Identify opportunities for HR automation and process improvements, enabling tools and systems that deliver tangible value such as fit/gap analysis of existing processes
  • Develop the case-for-change, including a business case, that covers people, process, technology, and data for enterprise HR transformations
  • Monitor and track change milestones and schedules, inclusive of status, dependencies, achievements, and risks/issues
  • Address problems through risk management and contingency planning and presents solutions and/or options to executive management
  • Establish project teams & lead multiple improvement initiatives from initiation, analysis, solution design and execution and deliver successful outcomes by use of proven techniques (Lean, six sigma, etc.)
  • To promote successful solution delivery, plan & define the right project resources with HR functional areas to ensure future business process owners are on the project team to allow for smooth handoff when project is closed/live.

Sustaining Post-Go Live Stage
  • Team building as Shared Services Organization
  • Oversee service center systems and technologies, leading process improvement initiatives and leading projects within the department
  • Train and provide direction to members of the HR Service Delivery team with a focus on employee performance, performance metrics, team building, and employee development to ensure employee effectiveness
  • Develops, measures, and reports on key performance indicators; leverages company resources to lower transaction costs, reduce cycle time, improve performance and improve responsiveness to customer needs
  • Manage first line of support for manager and employee questions on policy, procedures, and personnel related matters

Job Requirement
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills with demonstrated ability to deliver on operational objectives
  • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • 3+ years of experience in project management
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices
  • Team (and/or shared services organization) management experience
  • Strong understanding of project management methodology
  • Proven experience with budgeting and cost management
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ServiceNow and HRIS software systems
  • Travel required: <10%
