Job Description:

This role provides strong project management to various HR initiatives & company-wide HR projects including automation projects, management training, development, and succession planning. HansBiomed USA Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Manager with 3+ years of experience to be based in our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office. The HR Manager will provide comprehensive human resource services to all the USA branch offices including staffing, performance management, employee relations, training and development opportunities, and policy and procedure administration, onboarding and offboarding and payroll. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all human resource projects and initiatives on an on-going basis.

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and manage Human Resources Department

Coach, mentor, and influence technical leadership, as well as, foster teamwork within the HR Department to coach and counsel employees

Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues

Implement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures

Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.

Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.

Establish and maintain a positive and productive relationship with business leaders within assigned business units to establish HR strategic direction and drive business effectiveness

Manage onboarding and offboarding for in state and remote employees as well as oversee day-to-day HR management

Conduct investigations and recommend and/or develop resolutions to employee complaints or claims of unfair treatment, harassment and/or discrimination based on sex, age, race or disability.

Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience

Manage payroll, benefits, compensations, employment law, and labor relations

Minimum Qualifications

Able to multi-task and work independently

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to manage time effectively

Proficient in MS Office Suite

Experience in the development and administration of HR plans

Experience with assessing talent

Experience in ADP payroll

Knowledge of employment state and federal laws

Bilingual in Korean/English preferred

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as HR Manager

Minimum Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or related field (Masters in Human Resourcces Management or PHR preferred)

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
