NOW HIRING: HR Generalist
Highlights:
- Expected to be a full-cycle and strategic member of the Management team, performing tasks such as: recruiting & onboarding, employee retention events, corporate/DOL Compliance, track & monitor attendance patterns with staff, and be the process owner for facility payroll duties each week.
- Fast-Paced Human Resources Department - must possess strong ability to multi-task, time management & prioritization of business needs
Qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources
- Healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Professional and energetic demeanor
- Type A personality with attention to detail, demonstrated past success in delivering recruiting & onboarding results to assist the facility in achieving clinical and financial outcomes.

Salary: $52,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
