Hr Generalist | Direct Hire

The Human Resources Generalist supports the Human Resource team by overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process, payroll and benefits, and keeping company policies up to date.

Human Resource Generalist Job Duties:

• Assists with talent acquisition and recruitment process
• Administer onboarding/offboarding process
• Oversee pay, benefits, and company policies
• Manage the various HR systems/sites and support with data entry (Paylocity, HRIS system)
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with Hiring Managers

Human Resource Generalist Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working as a HR Generalist
• Strong working knowledge of HR and payroll principles
  
• Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Skilled and meticulous in managing employee records, administering benefits, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and other general computer skills
  
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field strongly desired

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
Pay: $33/hr - $39/hr ($70K-$81K annually)
