This position: supports all aspects of the Employee Relations function by coordinating the administrative and intake process. Will assist associates and leadership daily and support the ER team through data entry, research and responding to questions.
Minimum Requirements
Education and/or Experience 2-5 years of strong administrative support. HR experience preferred. HR certified interested candidates desired. Must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with staff and general public. Proficient computer and technology skills preferred.
Qualifications: Bilingual Haitian Kreyol or Spanish. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. An ability to maintain strict confidentiality, and a high level of discretion. The ability to manage stressful situations and maintain a high level of composure in a fast-paced and challenging work environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS related software a plus.
