HR Coordinator/Recruiter

We are looking for a energetic and driven Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, including recruiting, onboarding, employee record management, employee relations, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Implement policies and procedures for the organization.
• Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding activities.
• Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, background checks, and scheduling.
• Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
