Hr Compliance Analyst (Fisma Administration)

Assist production Employees through a Government Background check process. We need someone who is able to handle confidential information PII, with respect and discretion. Responsible for accurate reporting, data entry, and assistance to the employees in obtaining documentation. This individual must demonstrate attention to detail, ensure accuracy in Data entry, and be able to troubleshoot issues as they arise.

The Individual will be responsible for most of the day-to-day paperwork, interviewing and advising staff to obtain necessary information and reporting as it relates to individual status.   We are looking for someone who understands the fundamentals of online forms, data entry skills, and security compliance. The Individual must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Position Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Online Data Entry within a Microsoft Office environment. Ability to communicate clearly in emails.
• Ensure all paperwork is accounted for, completed, and logged accurately in accordance with the requirements.
• Assisting in staff communication from all levels to enter required data in the 5C form Online.
• Working Flexible shifts to have time exposure to all shifts.
• Tracking results from the Background check and reporting individual status.
• Developing a reference list of where data may be obtained to assist employees in getting the necessary required documentation.
• Help facilitate employee relations and engagement activities.
• Assists employees with completing training certifications.
