Job Summary: The HR Compensation Analyst provides guidance and assistance regarding compensation trends and analytics, job evaluations, salary programs, compensation systems, programs, policies, and procedures in collaboration with the Director of Benefits and Compensation. This position directly supports the administration of the compensation and benefits for the United States employees throughout the organization.

Job Summary: The HR Compensation Analyst provides guidance and assistance regarding compensation trends and analytics, job evaluations, salary programs, compensation systems, programs, policies, and procedures in collaboration with the Director of Benefits and Compensation. This position directly supports the administration of the compensation and benefits for the United States employees throughout the organization.
Other job responsibilities include:
- Research, design, conduct data analysis and analyze compensation solutions to ensure internal alignment and external competitiveness across the company and compliance with applicable regulatory agencies.
- Establish written job descriptions for all Corporate positions and assist other HR Managers with written job descriptions and maintenance of all job descriptions. Create a enterprise level repository of job descriptions.
- Provide support and participate in annual compensation planning and administration salary range and/or broad-band structure development, year-end performance management and merit increases market budget projections.
- Participate in relevant external benchmark surveys to ensure competitive pay practices.
- Provide guidance on proposed compensation requests (job levelling, banding, salary benchmarking) for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices.
- Work collaboratively with HR to recommend solutions to resolve compensation and benefits related issues, yet serving as an on-going resource for the HR organization in general on compensation related inquiries and issues.
- Conducts local market analysis for competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Deliver train, guide and promote compensation programs and initiatives to HR and Managers at all levels in the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Equivalent training and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
- At least 3 years of experience working in a Human Resources position working with compensation and/or a total rewards benefits package.
- Previous experience working with an HRIS and/or electronic benefits administration systems is required. Preference will be given to SuccessFactors (SAP).
