SUMMARY:
The HR Business Partner III is responsible for ensuring full alignment of Human Resources processes and policies for all Corporate Functions. In the capacity of HRBP responsibilities will include supporting and guiding Managers and employees as a trusted HR Business Partner during the employee life cycle, including topics like employee relations, engagement, workforce planning, retention, and performance management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- HR Business partner to Corporate Department Managers and Employee's proving full cycle HR services to include coaching for potential and performance, workforce planning, employee relations, succession planning, and employee development plans
- Investigate employee relations issues and or claims
- Take a hands-on approach in monitoring the pulse of employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement. Follow up on departmental EOS workshop activities
- Manage the 90-day probationary review process for new hires and competitive promotions
- Assists in answering general benefit program inquires
- Conducts and manage the exit interview process
- Support Managers in the hiring process by finalizing Job Descriptions, submitting for requisition approvals with the Talent Acquisition team and monitor the candidate flow and selection
- Assist with the development of Employee Relations Guides
- Foster and maintain an employer friendly environment
- Facilitates effective and timely communication between all levels of employees.
- Act in both strategic and tactical capacities providing life-cycle Human Resources support
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field or equivalent experience
- PHR/SPHR certification a plus
- Experience managing employee relations claims and investigations
- Minimum 5- 8 years of HR Generalist and Employee Relations experience.
- Strong knowledge of federal and local DOL compliance regulations

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Physical demands are mostly consistent with a professional office setting
- Regular sitting at workstation for 25 - 75% of the work shift
- Up to 15% travel may be required.
