We're seeking a seasoned HR professional with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources (or related field), or a PHR/SPHR certification.
- 4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
- Deep knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated capability to drive initiatives and influence change effectively.
- Experience in onboarding, developing performance management structures, and collaborating with leaders and department heads.
- Ability to liaise with departments, including client services, administration, revenue cycle management, and business development.
- Quick ramp-up ability, aptitude for learning on the job, and proficiency in strategic planning.
