Concrete Technology Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for providing support in the areas of administrative tasks, employee events, file maintenance, and other projects as needed.
This job will be Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with occasional weekend work for special events. Hours may vary depending on department needs. This position will be in office with NO remote working authorized. Attendance is a requirement to this position. Must be able to physically move around a 40 acer Manufacturing Plant safely and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities*
- Provides guidance and input on workforce planning.
- Responsible for departmental filing.
- Prepares and provides applications and/or other paperwork processes for prospective applicants or visitors.
- Files all records of all testing. Assists HR Manager in trends related to hearing protection, procedure, and policy.
- Tracks employee anniversary dates and provides cards for the President’s signature.
- Performs messenger/mail service for all three buildings daily or as needed.
- Assists in managing the bulletin boards in Main Office, Annex, Project Management, S-Plant, A-Plant, and Maintenance and temporary buildings.
- Takes photographs of new hires as well as at human resources events.
- Classroom: Responsible for making sure the classroom is prepared for meetings, onboarding, and presentations. Keeps schedule of events planned for the room.
- Daily servicing of all Human Resources visitors, salespeople, and applicants.
- Assists with servicing the messenger/mail service for all three buildings daily or as needed.
- Maintains and builds relationships with stakeholders and community connections. Performs plant walk-around for employee engagement and assists in coordinating employee recognition activities.
- Special Events: Assists with planning Company events, such as the annual Holiday Party, Summer Picnic/Derby, open houses, and retirement parties.
- Provides backup for the HR Generalist’s on certain tasks.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Skills & Qualifications
- Associate’s degree
- 2-5 years office experience in an administrative capacity
- Must be skilled and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, typing/editing, Adobe Acrobat/PDF, Visio, SmartSheet, READY by Ultimate Software, CANVA, and other electronic tools
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Must be self-starter and possess quick learning abilities
- Ability to preserve confidentiality of information in all settings
- Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
- Ability to be highly organized and prioritize a variety of tasks in a fast passed environment

Pay: $22.81 - $27.32 per hour
