Position: HR Associate (New Jersey HQ)
A. Responsibilities
- Improvement and Management of Recruitment Procedures: Enhance and efficiently manage the recruitment process for both new hires and existing employees.
- Establishment of HR Policies and Welfare Procedures: Develop and operate HR policies and welfare programs to increase employee satisfaction and enhance company productivity.
- Compliance with Labor Regulations in Various Regions: Ensure compliance with labor regulations in diverse regions, adjusting the work environment as necessary to guarantee the company's legal compliance.
- Management of HR Information Systems: Maintain and update HR information systems to securely manage employee personal information and organizational HR data.
- Performance Management: Track and evaluate employee performance to contribute to improving and enhancing their job performance.
B. Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and Korean
- Proficient in basic OA software (Excel, PPT, Word)
- 2-3 years of experience in HR-related roles
C. Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent computer skills and holder of MOS certification
- Detail-oriented with strong task execution abilities
