Hr Associate

Position: HR Associate (New Jersey HQ)

A. Responsibilities

• Improvement and Management of Recruitment Procedures: Enhance and efficiently manage the recruitment process for both new hires and existing employees.
• Establishment of HR Policies and Welfare Procedures: Develop and operate HR policies and welfare programs to increase employee satisfaction and enhance company productivity.
• Compliance with Labor Regulations in Various Regions: Ensure compliance with labor regulations in diverse regions, adjusting the work environment as necessary to guarantee the company's legal compliance.
• Management of HR Information Systems: Maintain and update HR information systems to securely manage employee personal information and organizational HR data.
• Performance Management: Track and evaluate employee performance to contribute to improving and enhancing their job performance.

B. Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Korean
• Proficient in basic OA software (Excel, PPT, Word)
• 2-3 years of experience in HR-related roles

C. Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills and holder of MOS certification
• Detail-oriented with strong task execution abilities
