1st Shift: Mon – Fri 7am – 3:30pm (40 hrs/week), OT available based on production needs

What you will do:
- Operate independently based on guidance from team leads
- Conduct visual inspection, and utilize inspection tools to ensure quality and consistency
- Use standard inspection tools (i.e., calipers, micrometers, height gages and comparator)
- Engage in continuous improvement activities by solving problems with structured problem solving process/approach and suggesting improvement ideas
- Demonstrate ownership of equipment, performing regular Autonomous Maintenance including cleaning equipment and workstation
- Assess equipment performance and perform intermediate level troubleshooting on issues that arise
- Communicate during Tier Board meetings
- Understand and follow all policies and procedures related to GMP/QMS/SOP
- Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends
What you need:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Two (2) Years Manufacturing Experience Required
- Experience using standard inspection tools (i.e., calipers, micrometers, height gages and comparator) Highly Preferred
- Experience in machining, polishing, and hand-finishing operations, Highly Preferred
