Job Summary:
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Performs administrative and record keeping tasks related to staffing changes, which may include separations.
- Taking appropriate action against those who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances.
- The Human Resource Associate will perform HR tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organizations human resource department.
- Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
- Answers frequently asked questions from employees and candidates relative to company policies, benefits, hiring processes.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Conducts new hire onboarding.
- Self starter, independent, attention to detail and willing to go the extra mile for the right results.
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in HR or some college or Associates degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field
- Proven success working in an HR department
- Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to employment
- Understanding of personnel and compliance records management

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
