Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and wants to contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities

- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

- Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including conducting orientation sessions and processing paperwork

- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality

- Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and providing support to managers

- Support talent management initiatives, such as employee development programs and succession planning

- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and answering employee inquiries

- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents

Requirements

- Experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role

- Some knowledge of HR and best practices is ideal but not necessary

- Familiarity with HRIS systems (ADP, Paylocity, BambooHR)

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $22.50 - $27.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
