Hr Assistant

Adecco is assisting a local client in the Asheboro area for an HR Assistant. This will be a project base assignment lasting until March of 2024. Below you will find job description.
The duties are:

• Assists in the recruiting process including screening candidates for role and organization fit, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, tracking applications, and keeping records in collaboration with the HR team
  
• Data entry in Excel workbook to keep track of leaves of absences, job bids, training records, referral bonuses
  

• Creates and tracks visitor and contractor badges
  
• Issues vouchers for safety shoes and safety glasses
  
• Record keeping of visitor logs
  
• Safeguard and ensure confidentiality of HR and payroll data
  

The hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Rate of pay is $22.
If you have a bachelor's degree or are working toward one in HR, Business, Psychology or related field, that would be ideal.
We provide weekly pay and benefits including 401K

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
