Job Description
The duties are:
- Assists in the recruiting process including screening candidates for role and organization fit, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, tracking applications, and keeping records in collaboration with the HR team
- Data entry in Excel workbook to keep track of leaves of absences, job bids, training records, referral bonuses
- Creates and tracks visitor and contractor badges
- Issues vouchers for safety shoes and safety glasses
- Record keeping of visitor logs
- Safeguard and ensure confidentiality of HR and payroll data
The hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Rate of pay is $22.
If you have a bachelor's degree or are working toward one in HR, Business, Psychology or related field, that would be ideal.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
