Job Description:

As an HR Assistant/Intern, you will play a role in supporting our HR Department in various administrative tasks and HR-related functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in Human Resources and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates and provide feedback to the HR team.
• Assist with onboarding new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
• Assist with payroll administration, including time and attendance management and payroll processing.
• Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and answering employee inquiries.
• Support HR team with various administrative tasks, such as filing, document preparation, and scheduling meetings.
• Help organize and participate in company events, employee recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager or management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn about HR processes and practices.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to assist wherever needed.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Pay Rage: $17/hour-$18/hour, negotiable.
