Under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources provides assistance in the administration of Human Resources benefits and front office responsibilities.
Requirements
EDUCATION:
High school graduate or equivalent. Associate degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Five years of clerical experience preferred, preferably in a Medical Center or health care facility. Previous experience in Human Resources Department highly desirable.
SKILLS:
Good verbal and written communication skills. Must have friendly personality to deal with the public; must keep all information confidential, and have ability to work with frequent interruptions
