Job Description:

We are looking to hire an individual who is great at multi-tasking, computer savvy, strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Proven track record in driving process improvement and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Hiring employees for clients/facilities
• Designing and updating existing company policies, documentations, etc.
• Onboarding: maintaining employee records making sure all files are up to date.
• Advising on strategies to align facility practices with Joint Commission standards, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices that meet regulatory requirements.
• Guiding facilities through the licensing process with the Department of Healthcare Services, ensuring adherence to all necessary guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
