Job Description Summary: As the HR Analyst Intern, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive organizational assessments to provide actionable insights and strategies for continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with the HR team and leadership to drive positive change within the organization.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas of improvement in employee well-being, performance, and job satisfaction.
  • Analyze and interpret data from organizational assessments, employee surveys, performance evaluations, and other relevant sources.
  • Provide actionable insights and strategies for the HR team and leadership to implement within the organization.
  • Apply principles, industry trends, and innovations in organizational psychology in a corporate setting.
  • Assist with HR projects and tasks as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of organizational behavior, group dynamics, and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to workplace psychology
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • A valid driver’s license required
