The HR Administrator oversees the complete employee lifecycle, managing recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, and offboarding. This role supports a positive workplace culture by addressing employee relations, providing HRIS expertise, coordinating onboarding, managing recruitment strategies, and implementing various HR initiatives, while also contributing to office management duties and participating in the ESOP committee.

What will I do?

- Employee Champion- Address employee relations and concerns with finesse.
- HRIS Expert- Guide employees and leaders in navigating HR information systems.
- Event Maestro- Plan and organize engaging team-building activities and events.
- Policy Guru- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies for legal compliance.
- Wellness Warrior- Administer and promote our Wellness program.
- Legal Eagle- Stay updated with changes in labor laws for policy compliance.
- Data Dynamo- Prepare HR reports and data analysis for various initiatives.
- 4 Years of HR Generalist Experience- We need your seasoned expertise!
- Certification Advantage- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a huge plus.
- Tech Savvy- Proficient in HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
