$46K + $8580 OT= Total Comp $54,580 a year

45-hour work week, 5 of those hours overtime each week.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors.
• Maintaining a high level of visibility and customer service.
• Managing security visitor badging system and issuing temporary security badges.
• Handling queries via phone, email, and general correspondence.
• Transferring calls as necessary.
• Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
• Alert employee hosts that their guests have arrived so they can be escorted onto the floors by host employee.
• Additional job duties as assigned.

Experience

• Customer Service experience.
• Computer skills (word/excel)

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Skills:

• Attention to detail.
• Great communications skills both written and verbal.
• Great at multitasking
