ConocoPhillips is a leading oil and gas company, which is hiring Material Coordinators for contract positions. The Material Coordinators will work closely with others in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering & Finance to ensure materials and associated costs are properly tracked
Key Accountabilities
- Create and analyze detailed reports related to Materials Management activities such as monthly inventory balances, material usage/excess, investment recovery and equipment fabrication spend using Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Create and analyze other ad hoc reports as needed.
- Maintain records/spreadsheets for multiple storage locations to track movements to ensure accuracy.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Work closely with others in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering & Finance to ensure materials and associated costs are properly tracked.
- Enter material transfers in the system of record (SAP)
- Assist with other MM related projects as needed.
Basic/Required Skills
- 3+ years of inventory management experience
- 1+ years of experience in SAP
- 1+ years of experience with Oil & Gas production equipment
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and Word
- Willing and able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to travel to field locations approximately 10% of the time as needed
Preferred Skills
- 5+ years of inventory management experience
- 3+ years of experience in SAP
- Intermediate proficiency with Power BI and SharePoint
- Ability to work with minimal direction and a high degree of initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Detail oriented
- Ability to read, write and communicate clearly to ensure accuracy
- Strong logic and analytical skills
- Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking/priority setting skills
