Housing Support Specialist
$16.82 - $19.00/Hourly + Benefits
$1,000 sign-on bonus
SUMMARY
Conduct appointments and prepare recertification documents and input updated documentation into housing software for participants in the Housing Choice Voucher Program. Conduct briefing sessions for program participants. Conduct annual and recertification interviews with participants. Verify and determine if there are any changes in income, family composition or other information required for rent proportion computations.

Who We Are
THA provides publicly assisted housing comprised of traditional public housing, mixed-finance sites, and housing vouchers. Currently, THA provides assistance to more than 20,000 individuals, or 7,200 families. THA is governed by a voluntary Board of Commissioners, each of whom is appointed by the Mayor of the City of Tulsa. The board employs THA’s President/CEO, who in turn employs the remainder of THA’s staff of approximately 200 team members.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED and one-year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must possess valid Oklahoma driver’s license.
