Job Description:
The Housing Specialist is a key team member for PRS Global’s mission to provide a successful arrival plan for every organization and nurse we serve. The Housing Specialist is responsible for researching and procuring permanent housing solutions for the organization’s healthcare professionals. This includes engaging with healthcare professionals, housing vendors, and internal staff to ensure each nurse has a solution tailored to their situation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather information such as rent, deposits, application requirements, etc.
- Act as a primary point of contact for nurses prior to arrival in the United States and for internal Deployment Specialists who assist nurses with moving into housing.
- Act as a liaison between PRS nurses and their landlords to facilitate successful housing setup.
- Identify and grow partnerships in growing markets.
- Effectively communicate move-in information to nurses and internal team members.
- Arrange payment of rent and other expenses.
- Consult nurses with insight into each market and provide suggestions based upon their life circumstances.
- Maintain housing database.
- Partner with finance to ensure payments and reimbursements to nurses are processed correctly.
- Provide a high level of customer service to external and internal stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned.
