Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and laundry facilities
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and making beds
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron laundry
- Handle guest requests and ensure their satisfaction with the cleanliness of their accommodations
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety
Skills:
- Experience in cleaning and housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or similar setting
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members
