Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel including sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpet, dusting furniture and fixtures, removing trash, cleaning elevators, public restrooms, pool and fitness center, associate locker rooms and other areas as assigned.
- Move furniture, supplies, and equipment as needed for deeper cleaning.
- Remove trash from public areas inside and outside and put in dumpster.
- Vacuum hallways and mop floors at elevator landing areas.
- Clean public and service elevator as needed.
- Respond to guests’ special requests, and act to ensure guest satisfaction.
- May assist with other duties as assigned.

- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Communication skills used frequently when interacting with guests and employees.
- Have the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and/or holidays.
- Ability to navigate and use various software.
Physical demands:
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length.
- Must be able to bend, squat, stoop, and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks.
- Requires grasping, reaching, and performing repetitive motions; manual dexterity to operate equipment.
- Frequently requires carrying or lifting items weighing up to 75 pounds, and pushing/pulling carts and equipment weighing up to 200 pounds on a regular and continuing basis.
- Able to work alone or as a member of a team.
