Location: Kihei, with responsibilities extending to West Maui

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000/year (Dependent upon Experience)

Position Summary:
As the Housekeeping Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service are maintained. Reporting to the Director of Housekeeping, General Manager (GM), and company Owner, you will oversee housekeeping schedules, train and manage staff, and uphold the company's values and standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the hospitality and vacation rental management industry preferred
• Strong time management skills and flexibility in assigned tasks
• Positive attitude and dedication to delivering excellent service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• High level of integrity and a strong work ethic
• Manage and oversee housekeeping schedules to ensure timely and efficient cleaning of rental properties
• Monitor the training progress of new hires with provide ongoing support and guidance
• Communicate the needs of operations to upper management to ensure smooth workflow and guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful completion of projects and guest requests
• Interview and train new staff as needed, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures
• Meet with guests, owners, and vendors when necessary to address any concerns or special requests
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and moral standards in all interactions
• Perform field tasks as assigned, including inspections and quality control checks

Requirements:

• Valid HI Driver's License
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
• Willingness to work in at the office and field tasks as needed.
