We, the Envolve team, are recruiting friendly self-motivated individuals with positive attitudes and a drive to succeed, to join our growing company. Currently, Envolve is searching for a Housekeeper to work at Valkommen Apartments in Rockford, IL.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily cleaning of all common areas prior to prospect viewing, including clubhouse, models, and tour path to models.
- Total cleaning of all apartment units available to rent.
- Keep daily inventory on all housekeeping supplies and make needs known to Manager.
- Other duties as assigned, which employee is capable of performing.
- Assist office staff with special leasing programs involving the exterior of the property.
- Pick up exterior grounds daily
- Assist residents with special needs.

Experience
Preferred- Must be able to work well with others as a team and take direction from supervisor but have the initiative to work independently. Basic writing and reading skills required. Responsible for daily upkeep and cleaning exterior of the property. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.
