Director of Finance (full-time):
The Wayside Inn seeks a proactive, dynamic, and experienced Director of Finance to join its team to be responsible for a wide range of financial and administrative management responsibilities. Reporting to the Innkeeper and working with other department managers, as well as the Board of Trustees, the Director of Finance must be a strategic and disciplined thinker who will provide strong, innovative financial stewardship, grants management, account management, and fiscal oversight. The Director of Finance ensures strategic implementation of long-term strategic goals. The Director of Finance will serve as a resource on all financial and some operations matters. The incumbent assists the Innkeeper with oversight of all financial, operational and administrative activities. The new Director of Finance will also be expected to serve on the Board’s Finance and Development Committees, which meet bi-monthly.

Executive Chef (full-time):
The Wayside Inn seeks a new Executive Chef to assume responsibility for all kitchen operations and staff, menu curation, and meal preparation and service, with a goal to provide consistent, high-quality food service. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills required.

Development Manager (part-time):
The Wayside Inn Foundation seeks to hire a part time, on-site Development Manager to manage the organization’s development and advancement activities to support its preservation and programming efforts. The Development Manager will be responsible for all aspects of planning and executing new and existing advancement and fundraising events, efforts, and activities, and for cultivating donor relationships, including with individual and organizational donors and grantors. The role reports directly to the Innkeeper/General Manager, with additional reporting to the Board of Trustees (the “Board”) through its Advancement Committee.
