In this role you will:
In this role you will be responsible for managing daily Housekeeping operations for the entire housekeeping and laundry departments in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. This will include directing, supervising and coordinating the activities of the housekeeping department on a daily basis along with ensuring smooth operations to include rooms, public areas, laundry, and uniform/linen room in a temporary role
Requirements to be successful in this role:
- 2+ years' Housekeeping Manager experience in a Hyatt brand or luxury brand hotel is ideal
- Schedule flexibility
- Have excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
- Knowledge of custodial procedures, including floor care, waste management, and recycling programs
- Ability to multitask under high-pressure situations
