SalaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Housekeeper to join our care team at our Saddlerock Location in Aurora, Colorado.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Our Saddlerock location is a Memory Care facility. The housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and home-like environment for our residents.
Job Description:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, cleaning bathrooms, taking out trash, changing linens, etc. Adhere to cleaning schedules for common areas and resident rooms
- Use proper cleaning techniques and EPA-approved cleaning products safely
- Report any maintenance or safety issues immediately
- Interact with residents in a patient, understanding, and empathetic manner
- Work cooperatively with care and facilities staff to meet cleanliness standards
- Comply with all safety guidelines and attend required trainings
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of professional cleaning experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and cleaning techniques
- Ability to bend, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Clear background check and drug screening
