Housekeeper

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in nursing facility. Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and towels
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients or guests

Requirements:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods
- Familiarity with floor care equipment and techniques is desirable
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients
