Position: Personal Assistant
Job Description:
Local small business owner in search of a dual role House Manager/Personal Assistant for full or part time role. This role will entail handling daily management of household as well as administrative and personal tasks.
Sample duties:
- Cleaning/Laundry
- Inventory management
- Scheduling with vendors/contractors
- Errands, pickups, car drop offs
- Shopping, returns. Product comparison
- Home organization
- Party/event prep/setup
This is a role that will combine business and home responsibilities to take a load off of the owner. Looking for someone who can help productivity and generally reduce the workload of others. Position will entail some work from home responsibilities, but others in the owner's home frequently, and errands on the road.
An ideal candidate will have experience with household management, and be a self starter who works under little supervision.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with individuals from all levels of the organization.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) required.
- Strong verbal communication skills required; ability to communicate effectively with others in person and via email or phone.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines with professional poise.
- Must be comfortable around children and dogs
- Bring creativity and ingenuity to the table. Don't be afraid to suggest new things.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
