Envision is seeking a Home Manager to provide support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the comfort of their home. In addition to providing direct care, the Home Manager supervises 2 homes and other caregivers working in each home with the help of a lead dsp in each home and maintains medical and financial documentation for monthly review.
Home Manager Job Duties
- This position is on call for any issues. One weekend off calls each month.
- Completing schedules for both homes and locating coverage for call-ins
- Completing visits and visit documentation multiple times monthly in each home. Home Managers are to complete a total of 4 site visits 2 in each home with at least one being during 3rd shift hours.
- Completing a minimum of 2 fire drills monthly for each home with one drill being during 3rd shift hours.
- Completing initial and ongoing training for each staff member once they began working in home.
- Complete one MAR review for each individual each month
- Obtain all EOM paperwork from their homes, review them for accuracy and obtain corrections from the appropriate staff.
- Providing direct care for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in their home
- Transporting and accompanying individuals to appointments and community outings in the agency vehicle.
- Completing, reviewing, and organizing written and computer documentation
- Supervising staff working in the home and reviewing staff documentation
