ACLMTE is a full service entertainment staffing agency working with clients all over the country. We are currently in search of a House Manager/Property Manager for a High Profile family in Nashville, TN.

Regular Tasks for This Role (includes but is not limited to):

• Full time care for two homes, on 7,000 sq ft and the other 3,000 sq ft with the flexibility for other properties to potentially be added in the future
• Manage all vendors coming and going from each property
• Scheduling and meeting vendors as needed for all properties
• Planning and scheduling all preventative maintenance for each property
• Arranging necessary repairs, services and maintenance for each property
• Creating and maintaining “Property Bibles” for each property
• Working hand in hand with colleagues in a fully staffed home
• Efficient and effective communication with other team members
• Potentially project managing an upcoming build
• Keeping track of various inventories at each property and, in some cases, sending reports to business management
• Restocking various inventories at each property as needed
• Various vehicle maintenance & repairs as requested/needed
• Working closely with business management to ensure car registrations are always current
• Distributing NDAs to vendors, ensuring they are signed prior to arrival, and properly storing these
• Additional tasks *may* include but are not limited to:
• Running various errands
• Grocery shopping
• Vet appointments
• Misc tasks as needed

Skills/Experience/Education

• Prior experience working in UHNW homes
• Strong Critical Thinking
• Able to read a room
• Genuinely enjoys being of service
• Clean Driving record
• Reliable Transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekends as needed
