ACLMTE is a full service entertainment staffing agency working with clients all over the country. We are currently in search of a House Manager/Property Manager for a High Profile family in Nashville, TN.

Regular Tasks for This Role (includes but is not limited to):
- Full time care for two homes, on 7,000 sq ft and the other 3,000 sq ft with the flexibility for other properties to potentially be added in the future
- Manage all vendors coming and going from each property
- Scheduling and meeting vendors as needed for all properties
- Planning and scheduling all preventative maintenance for each property
- Arranging necessary repairs, services and maintenance for each property
- Creating and maintaining “Property Bibles” for each property
- Working hand in hand with colleagues in a fully staffed home
- Efficient and effective communication with other team members
- Potentially project managing an upcoming build
- Keeping track of various inventories at each property and, in some cases, sending reports to business management
- Restocking various inventories at each property as needed
- Various vehicle maintenance & repairs as requested/needed
- Working closely with business management to ensure car registrations are always current
- Distributing NDAs to vendors, ensuring they are signed prior to arrival, and properly storing these
- Additional tasks *may* include but are not limited to:
- Running various errands
- Grocery shopping
- Vet appointments
- Misc tasks as needed
Skills/Experience/Education
- Prior experience working in UHNW homes
- Strong Critical Thinking
- Able to read a room
- Genuinely enjoys being of service
- Clean Driving record
- Reliable Transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
