Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable House Cleaner to join our team at Kiwi Home Services. As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to residential and commercial properties. If you have a keen eye for detail and take pride in creating clean, organized and sanitized environments, we would love to hear from you. This is a fairly flexibible and light schedule to start and then will increase as time goes on, with that being said people looking for part-time and full time positions should look to apply. Compensation packages are negotiable for full-time applicants that wont meet full time hours.

Technician/House Cleaners roles of today, could easily become Managers of tomorrow.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Sanitize and clean bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces
- Clean and polish windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Launder and change bed linens
- Clean and organize closets, cabinets, and drawers
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment (Provided) to ensure efficient and effective cleaning
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Check Customer and Employee Portal daily for upcoming appointements/locations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects (No greater than 30 lbs) if required
- Good communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Must have drivers liscense, own a well operating vehicle, and be capable of driving to clients homes throughout the day with large enough vehicle to carry all supplies. (About two large storage totes)
- Must be able to listen and speak in english
