Duties:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift
- Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery in a timely manner
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure high-quality customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and functions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Skills:
- Previous experience in bartending, hotel, banquet, coffee, or food production is preferred
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
