Job Description
- Evaluating the cleanliness and hospitality of the hotel.
- Discussing matters at the front desk.
- Reviewing housekeeping efforts in each free room.
- Reporting findings to management.
- Supervising cleaning personnel.
- Inspecting hotel guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and lobbies.
- Inspecting vacant and ready rooms to ensure they are clean.
- Inspecting housekeeping carts and closets to ensure that they are properly stocked.
- Assessing, analyzing and grading travel-based establishments to ensure they're suitable for guests to occupy for a night's stay.
- Working with a hotel's front office, housekeeping and porter staff to guarantee each team member is completing tasks accurately and on time.
- Ensuring the guest’s room meets the cleanliness standards of the hotel and the brand.
- Displaying effective listening and communication skills, initiative, ability to work independently and in teams, and lead by example.
