We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, such as hotels, offices, or residential properties. Duties:
- Perform general housekeeping tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Change bed linens and make beds
- Restock supplies and ensure all areas are well-stocked
- Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Skills:
- Strong custodial skills with knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation
- Experience in floor care, including carpet cleaning and floor polishing
- Familiarity with housekeeping management principles is a plus
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality industry preferred
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues
