Hotel Revenue Manger will report directly and work with our senior director of sales and revenue.
Responsibilities:
Maximize overall Hotel Revenue through effective transient/group inventory and pricing strategies
- Month to month, quarterly and yearly forecasting
- Optimize distribution channels for maximum benefit of penetration
- Monitor and analyze competitive rates and positioning
- Coordinate various activities to further enhance revenue potential;
- Complete annual hotel room revenue budgets and RevPar index goals
- Identify and interpret market demand
- Analyze competitive hotel information and strategies
- Develop, implement, monitor and control rate strategies and plans
- Develop action plans to counteract any market changes
- STAR report analysis
Qualifications
- Multi-brand experience and brand-specific training are required. (Hilton and IHG are preferred)
- College degree or equivalent of senior hospitality and revenue strategy experience
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in revenue management within the hotel industry, including experience in a leadership role overseeing multiple properties.
- In-depth knowledge of revenue management principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in revenue management systems and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in using sales management systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
