We have recently been funded and are no looking to get more people into the business in all areas. You may start full-time or part-time and work remotely. We are seeking a Head Of Talent Acquisition to join our team! You will perform activities such as recruiting new hires to join the team at FounderCentered.com to finding new organizations to partner with and join Founder Centered. FounderCentered.com is a platform that is revolutionizing how entrepreneurs and founders grow valuable networks. Those networks are key to helping founders build board of advisors, mentors, legal support, and most importantly open doors via network introductions. Your responsibility internally will be to build a team that values helping others grow. Just to make sure you understand the business and are in line with our goals, model and concept since it's a new concept. Responsibilities:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees. Ensuring they meet and fit out ecosystem of helping others succeed.
• On-board and train new employees
• Seek out partnerships with organizations with large connector bases
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Accurately maintain employee files

Qualifications:

• You must have/register for a FounderCentered.com "Connector" account to verify you understand the platform.
• 9+ Years Experience
• Must be willing to help founders and entrepreneurs with advice, network or contacts.
• Must have a good network with organizations and groups where we can seek out connectors and partnerships
• Previous experience in recruiting, or other related fields
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
