Hotel Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and coordinate all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue generation
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service throughout the hotel
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Create and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial targets are met
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the hotel and attract new guests
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance Hotel Operations

Skills:
- Strong hospitality background with experience in hotel management
- Bilingual proficiency (English and [additional language]) to effectively communicate with diverse guests
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and ability to oversee night shift operations
- Familiarity with front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes, reservations, and guest services
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences
- Proficient in using phone systems, reservation software, and other hotel management tools
- Ability to effectively manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make strategic decisions
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team of employees
- Knowledge of human resources practices, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management

Pay: $32,000.00 - $34,000.00 per year
