Hotel Night Auditor

The Hotel Night Auditor/ front desk agent is often the first person to interact with guests, providing exceptional customer service. As the friendly face of the property, the front desk agent has a great desire to work with people. You are responsible for communicating in a welcoming and efficient manner, while ensuring that guests' needs are properly addressed.

Job Requirements

• Audits the daily guest ledger Handles all end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and room tax.
• Ensures accuracy of all charges to the guest folios.
• Averages sum of revenues of all accounts receivable from food, room, gift shop and other departments.
• Acts as front desk clerk, checking guests in and out, booking reservations
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Hotel experience
• Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role Knowledge of PMS Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred

• Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
