Works with the Front Office management team to deliver an exceptional experience to our guests. As the Night Auditor you ensure the proper accuracy and updating of our reporting systems including the property management systems, accounting software, credit card transactions and cash balancing. From check in to check out you are often the first or last impression. You are the hub of communication. You relay our guests questions and needs to the other departments, shifts and management staff to deliver on the hotels standards and service expectations.

- Ability to act as the Manager On Duty in a responsible and professional manner.
- Complete the Night Audit checklist for computer procedures daily.
- Checking guests in and out accurately, ensuring proper credit is obtained.
- Making reservations and upselling as appropriate.
- Ensuring proper handling of credit cards, cash and other forms of billing/payments.
- Answer phone calls, proficiently use the computer and other technologies.
- Ability to act as a concierge and perform your duties while always providing exceptional guest service.
- Constantly communicate with other shifts, departments and management in an accurate and respectful manner.
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Comply at all times with standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
- Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.
- Complete the Night Audit checklist for computer procedures daily and balance the days work.
- Fulfill all the duties of a Front Office Associate.
