Pax is currently looking for a Maintenance Tech at our Casa Bella Inn & Suites hotel in Tallahassee, FL. Our Maintenance Techs are the backbone of our hotels -- you keep our clients and staff happy by keeping things running and fixing them when they aren't.
As our Maintenance Tech, you'll be expected to:
- Assist the Chief Engineer with all maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks
- Monitor daily electric, water, and gas consumption
- Complete assigned budgets to the Chief Engineer's standards for budget, schedule, and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all workstations, storage rooms, grounds, and landscaping according to Pax standards
- Perform daily inspection of interior/exterior lighting, fixtures, and furnishings
- Stay in contact with the front desk agents to ensure all tickets are addressed and/or completed
- Recover/report lost items to front desk or manager
- Respond to all guest/staff concerns courteously and professionally
- Attend and contribute during weekly meetings

Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in hotel/building maintenance
- Must have a flexible schedule (scheduled hours may include off-hours and weekends (depending on the hotel's operational needs)
