Prepares food items to order according to approved standardized recipes for three-meal restaurant and/or banquets. Ensures that all food served is of the highest quality and that it is served to the guest in a timely manner. This is a fast-paced position.
Job Requirements:
* Previous experience in hotel or freestanding restaurant required (at least two years cook experience)
* Thorough knowledge and understanding of Food Service Sanitation Standards
* Thorough knowledge and understanding of standard kitchen equipment and its use
* Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
* Must have (or be willing to obtain) Clark County Food Handler Safety Training Card.
