Responsibilities:
- Managing the housekeeping staff
- Ensuring a high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel, and exceeding cleanliness standards
- Conduct periodic inventories, monitor departmental payroll costs, and establish a program for deep-cleaning projects
- Previous executive housekeeper or manager experience ideally in a hotel environment
- Leadership skills and the ability to effectively train mentor staff, and delegate tasks and projects
- Strong organizational skills are required
