Warmly greet arriving and departing guests, handling all aspects of their check in and check out and providing any assistance they may need during their stay to ensure a wonderful experience. Providing cashiering related service, along with concierge type services if requested. Courteously answer calls, provide
information, and take reservations as needed.
Duties:
- Undergo company training and follow procedures and policies
- Welcome guest upon arrival and check-in according to established standards and procedures.
- Handle all keys, mail, telephone, messages, and other items for guests as requested.
- Provide information and assist all guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Answer calls promptly and courteously
- Take room reservations as needed and upsell where possible
- Assign room and prepare keys for all arriving guests and groups.
- Maintain excellent guest relations at all times.
- Post all charges without delay and update the folios.
- Balance credit cards, charges, and cash.
- Project a courteous and hospitable attitude at all times.
- Be familiar with all room types, and rates in the hotel
- Handle guest complaints promptly.
- Know guest room security, emergency, and fire procedures.
- Be familiar with hotel facilities as well as major city attractions and provide guests with information when requested.
- Work in harmony with your team members
- Other related duties as required
