Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and supervise hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the hotel
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Train and mentor staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote the hotel and attract new guests
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in multiple languages is highly desirable
- Knowledge of revenue management principles and practices
- Familiarity with human resources processes and procedures
- Experience in night audit operations is a plus
